"I’ve had a good experience..."
I’ve had a good experience with Hallmark Plus while using it in the US. It’s easy to browse, and I can usually find the movies and shows I’m looking for without much hassle. The main reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I ran into issues when I traveled and couldn’t use it the same way. Based on that, it feels like the service in general is really best if you’re staying in an area where it’s fully supported. Overall, I still like it, but the limited availability can be frustrating.

The parental controls have been working Fine for my kids so far. I just wish some of the settings were a little easier to Find, but overall it’s been simple enough to use.

"Surprisingly Fast Support"

"Captions are a big win for me"
I’m a little biased because I turn captions on for almost everything I watch, but Hallmark Plus did a really good job with them. They were easy to switch on, showed up nice and clear, and actually matched what people were saying in the movies I tried. I haven’t noticed any annoying lag or random missing lines yet, which is a relief. It makes watching way more relaxing for me, so I’d happily give it 5 stars...

I usually end up on hallmarkplus.com when I’m in the mood for something festive or comforting. For me, it feels like the kind of site you open when you just want an easy, cozy movie night without overthinking it. There were plenty of seasonal movies to pick from, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find something that fit the vibe. It’s been a nice option for quiet weekends at home or those nights when I just want something simple and feel-good to watch.

"Migration was mostly smooth, just bad timing on my end"
My service migration went smoothly overall. Support got back to me quickly, and there wasn’t much downtime at all. There were a couple of small hiccups, but I think part of it was just bad timing with when I started the move. Everything got sorted in the end, so no real complaints.

"Good shows, but the app can be frustrating"
I do like the shows on Hallmark Plus, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but using it on different devices has been kind of annoying. It works well on my Roku, but on my older tablet the app feels slow and every now and then it doesn’t load right. I also tried casting, and unless I was doing something wrong, it just wasn’t very smooth for me. It’s not awful or anything, I just wish it felt more consistent from one device to another.

"Login was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I couldn’t sign in at first and ended up having to reset my password twice just to get in. Not the biggest deal, I guess, but definitely frustrating when you’re just trying to access your account and move on with your day

I’ve been using hallmarkplus.com here and there, mostly when I want something cozy and easy to have on. The movies and shows are nice for that kind of mood, and the site loads fine for me, so overall I’ve had a good experience with it.
The main thing is just the ads. They’re not awful or anything, but sometimes they pop up a bit too often and it kind of breaks up the whole relaxing feeling. I still think it’s worth using, I just wish they’d space that stuff out a little more.

The app works fine most of the time, but it can be slow to load. Finding shows isnt always as easy as it should be either. Its not terrible, just gets kinda frustrating sometimes

There are nights when I feel kind of trapped at home with everyone needing something different to watch, but this has been a nice solution. My kids and my parents can all sit together and enjoy the shows without any awkward moments. It makes quiet nights in feel a lot easier.

I’ve been watching for a few nights now and the streaming itself has been solid. It rarely buffers, shows load fast enough, and I haven’t had any random crashes, so overall I’m happy with that part. I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question, though, like it wasn’t really taken seriously. Still, the app has been working well for me so far.

"Handy for Gifts and Last-Minute Birthdays"
I mostly use hallmarkplus.com when I need gifts, the rewards make a lot of sense if you’re already buying cards or presents anyway. I’ve gotten a few discounts and little extras, so it feels like I’m getting something back instead of just spending money. The site is easy to use, and it’s been especially helpful when I realize I forgot someone’s birthday again. Happens more than I’d like to admit, lol.

"Mostly usable, but a few accessibility hiccups"
I was able to get around the site with my keyboard for the most part, and the text size seemed fine to me. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but a few buttons didn’t come through very clearly with my screen reader, which got frustrating in spots. It’s definitely not unusable, but I do think the accessibility could use some cleanup.
